Technology of courier bags production

Material: moisture-proof multi-layer black and white polyethylene, which ensures confidentiality of the contents, protects the contents from the external environment and negligent handling during transportation.

High-strength adhesive layer on the closing flap, which allows to exclude unauthorized access without visible traces of tampering. Irreversible visible deformation of the valve without the possibility of re-sealing when the bag is opened.

Reinforced welded side seams make it impossible to cut the bag and re-seal it. Opening of the bag causes visible irreversible deformation of the bag, breaking the geometric shape of the bag, which makes it impossible to replace the contents.

The outer layer of the bag is white and it is easy to mark on it, the inscriptions are made with a pen or marker.

The inner layer is black and provides opacity of the bag.

Stages of courier bag production

We produce packages at our own production facilities located in Kiev. Production capacity is up to 30 tons of courier bags of different formats. Grintex sanitary and hygienic certificates have been obtained.

Production of black and white film

The bags are produced from polyethylene three-layer film by coextrusion using high quality materials and additives. Dimensions and characteristics of the film are formed individually depending on the types of courier bags produced.

Painting black and white film

In the production of black and white rolls, the entire film is activated and transferred for painting. The film is colored by flexo printing using modern equipment.

Forming a courier bag

The beginning of the formation of the package takes place by folding the film in the size of the package.

Applying additional elements on the courier bag

In the production of courier bags can apply additional elements such as pockets for documents, slit handle, tear line, holes for air, bottom fold

Marking on the courier bag

Each package can be individually identified by barcoding, labeling, and making an individual black and white logo for small online stores.
